Since KAPI was founded in 1964, it has been known for making outstanding products. We pride ourselves as being the primary manufacturer of natural pyrethrum insecticides. To maintain the highest standard of our products, we have made large investments in the past year to modernize and upgrade our factory with state-of-the-art machinery. This has all happened during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is mainly because even as we all do our best to stay safe and fight this tragic pandemic, Malaria still remains one of the leading killer diseases in tropical Africa. Children aged under 5 years are the most vulnerable. In September 2019, Ministry of Health launched the malaria vaccine in Western Kenya. In order to support the GoK in the fight against Malaria, Kapi has dedicated its resources to providing high quality and safe, mosquito control products to ensure effective intervention of malaria.

For this reason and more, we have added a new state-of-the-art Automatic Feeder Flow  to our Mosquito Coil production. This modern semi-automatic packing machine has the capacity to pack 300units per minute. It uses CPP films which are designed to offer high performance, great appearance and easy converting for flexible packaging. This means that our coils will be neatly packed and with the best quality packaging. Quality packaging guarantees durability of the coil. The coils remain fresh and quality unchanged.
