Kilatix is an Extra Strength Acaricide for controlling ticks, fleas, mites & lice in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and camels. For external use only.
Kilatix
KILATIX uses TWO ACTIVES
AMITRAZ @ 10% w/v and CYPERMETHRIN @ 15% w/v
Kilatix has the ability to control soft ticks and hard ticks (such as brown ear ticks, blue ticks and amblyomma ticks). Hard ticks are found in areas frequented by buffalo and transmit dangerous tick-borne diseases such as East Coast Fever which is a big challenge for livestock owners.
Kilatix has the ability to kill eggs, larvae, nymphs and adult ticks. Cypermethrin, one of the active ingredients in this acaricide, is particularly effective in the control of blue ticks, but it also has the ability to control face flies that are a nuisance to livestock, and is effective against Tsetse flies which are known to be carriers of the disease trypanosomiasis or sleeping sickness.
USE LIMITATIONS
This acaricide should NOT be used on Donkeys and Horses.
